What to do in the event of a Motor Incident:
Take Care of yourself and your passengers above all else.
Where applicable contact the police (usually only where an Injury has occurred).
Obtain full details of any other party involved including: Name, Address, Registration Number, Insurance Details and Contact Number.
Obtain Details of any witnesses to the Incident

Arrange repairs to your vehicle. (From your own policy if cover is provided or any responsible third party if not).
Deal with a total loss claim where your vehicle is not repairable.
Provide a credit hire vehicle (Subject to Terms and Conditions*)
Instruct a Solicitor to deal with any Injury Claim to you or any passengers.
Ensure that at all times you are kept up to date with your claim and where necessary do all of the leg work for you !
