We currently have 55 members of the team, including our Directors who are involved on a fully hands-on basis within our two offices in Harrow, Middlesex and Sidcup, Kent.
All our staff are trained to be fully FSA compliant. They undergo an extensive induction and training programme, including one to one training provided by professional trainers; as well as ongoing coaching and personal development whilst in their role. This is complemented by distance learning modules for insurance products and specialist industry knowledge.
