In the event that you need to make a claim on your motor or motor trade policy, and so that we can help you as quickly as possible, please call your Flint Insurance dedicated claims team immediately on 0800 021 4402.

In the event of a motor incident:

• Take care of yourself and your passengers first
• Where applicable – contact the police (usually where’s there been an injury)
• Get the other party’s details: name, address, telephone number, vehicle registration number and insurance details
• Get details of any witnesses
• Contact Flint Insurance claims immediately

Your Flint Insurance claims team will:

• Arrange your vehicle repairs (from your own policy where cover is provided or any responsible third party if not)
• Deal with your total loss claim where your vehicle is not repairable
• Provide a credit hire vehicle (subject to terms and conditions)
• Instruct a solicitor to deal with any injury claims to you and your passengers

It’s important that you call us immediately in the event of a claim, this is part of your insurance contract and enables us to offer you expert guidance when you need it most.
